The Brief

A supernatural short film made by SCAD students, shifting between the quirky, the eerie, and the grotesque. The visual world needed to hold all three tones without losing coherence, which required careful, deliberate design choices at every level.

The Work

I stepped into a dual role when our Set Decorator had to drop out mid-production, taking on both Art Direction and Set Decoration responsibilities. The challenge was to capture something genuinely unsettling while keeping the film's dark humor intact.
