About Me

I’m Shantanu Date, a Production Designer with a background in Architecture and an M.A. in Production Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). I design immersive spaces that span film, theatre, and experiential media, creating environments that not only look beautiful but also tell a compelling story.

My love for visual design began early and naturally led me to study Architecture, where I developed a deep understanding of spatial design and the emotional impact of environments. Over time, this evolved into a passion for crafting spaces that make people feel places that resonate beyond their physical form.

Every project I take on aims to blend artistry with intention, creating designs that serve the story, enrich the narrative, and capture the meaning behind it. I’m always eager to collaborate with creative minds who value both emotion and practicality in design.
