I’m Shantanu Date, a Production Designer and Art Director with a B.Arch in Architecture and an M.A. in Production Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). My foundation in architecture gave me a rigorous understanding of space, structure, and the human experience of built environments.
That training naturally evolved into a passion for designing spaces that tell stories. Across film, television, theatre, and branded experiential work, I bring both technical precision and creative instinct to every project I take on. I believe great design is always felt before it is seen.
Every project I take on aims to blend artistry with intention, creating designs that serve the story, enrich the narrative, and capture the meaning behind it. I’m always eager to collaborate with creative minds who value both emotion and practicality in design.
